Research Results
The company attaches great importance to the research and development of new products, and invests 8% of the profit in research and development every year. Technical research and development team
There are 46 employees in the R&D department, accounting for 20% of the total number of employees. Now there are 7% of technicians with doctoral degrees, 20% of postgraduates, and 73% of developers with bachelor's degree. The main engineers are all from well-known European and American companies. They can quickly provide product solutions according to customers' customized needs, and can directly participate in the early stage of customers. During the development of the project, the matching and wiring operations can also be carried out on site according to the customer's equipment requirements.
